Replacement Warranty Terms & Conditions
You can claim a replacement warranty if your product has power issues, is completely broken (accidental drop and water damage claims are not accepted), laser shots are not working on arrival, or develops these issues within the 2 Month, 6 Months warranty period from the date of delivery.
Warranty claim is made within 2 Month / 6 Months as per your product warranty type.
The product has power issues, flashes not working, or is completely broken(water damage and accidental drop claims are not applied).
Original product box must be intact.
Warranty will be claim from Order date to 2 months/6 months,to claim warranty match the registered address, city, and phone number as per order information.

If the device is faulty within the warranty period, a free replacement is available upon customer consent.
If returning for change of mind, a 39% deduction applies to Ice IPL Hair Removal Devices and 35% to Classic & Pocket Devices.
The device must have at least 900,000 flashes remaining (devices come with 400 extra flashes).
If flashes are below 900,000, an additional 5% deduction will apply.
